HeroFundUSA, Inc. is partnering with KMOV 4 for a day-long Giving Day Campaign to raise money for local first responder safety on Wednesday, September 8th.
“Our first major project together will be our inaugural HeroFundUSA First Responder Safety Giving Day Campaign,” stated HeroFundUSA Board Chairman Dan Karst. “During the telethon, KMOV will be telling stories about the perils faced daily by our local heroes.”
The interviews will feature St. Louis area first responder agencies and personnel including law enforcement officers, firefighters, and emergency medical personnel.
“We are proud and excited to be partnering with HeroFundUSA in their quest to keep our local heroes safe,” stated JD Sossnoff, Vice President & General Manager of KMOV. “The daily perils faced by first responders require our efforts to ensure they get to go home to their loved ones,” concluded Sossnoff.
